This policy explains what personal data Nubora Studio (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, who else handles it, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Nubora Studio is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@nubora.studio.
2. What we collect
Data you give us. When you use the contact form we receive:
- your name,
- your email address, and
- the message you write.
Data collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. Some images on this site are loaded from Unsplash, so your browser also sends those requests, including your IP address, to Unsplash’s servers.
Website analytics. We use Umami, a cookie-free analytics service, to understand how the site is used. It records which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, the type of browser and device, the approximate country, and a few actions such as clicking a main button, choosing one of the options on the home page, or sending the contact form. It never receives what you type into the form. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Cookies. This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
3. Why we use it and on what basis

We do not use the data from the contact form to send you newsletters or marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Who else handles your data
We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf or receive it when you visit:
- Formspree — receives the contact form you submit (name, email and message), forwards it to our inbox and may keep a copy in our account for a limited time.
- Vercel — hosts this website and receives standard technical request data.
- Unsplash — serves some of the photographs shown on the site.
- Umami — provides the cookie-free website analytics described above.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to answer you and to follow up on the conversation you started, and delete them when you ask us to or when they are no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted or restricted,
- object to how we use it, and
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
